Limited warranty

This limited warranty is given by Capital Arms LLC, the U.S. importer of the firearms we sell. It applies to new firearms bought from us and transferred to the original buyer in the United States.

What is covered

We warrant that your firearm is free from defects in materials and workmanship for [WARRANTY PERIOD, e.g. 2 years] from the date it is transferred to you. If a covered defect appears during that time, we will repair it or, if repair is not practical, replace the firearm with the same or a comparable model.

What is not covered

• Normal wear, including finish wear, and natural variation or changes in wood.
• Damage from misuse, accidents, neglect, improper cleaning or storage, or corrosion.
• Firearms that have been modified, altered or repaired by anyone other than us or a gunsmith we authorize.
• Damage caused by ammunition that is reloaded, out of specification or the wrong gauge or chamber length for the firearm.
• Accessories and consumable parts such as chokes, magazines, springs and recoil pads, except when they are defective on arrival.

How to make a claim

1. Email info@capitalarmsva.com with your order number, the serial number, a description of the problem and photos if you can.
2. We reply within one business day and, if the firearm needs to come back, send you shipping instructions. [WHO REPAIRS: e.g. repairs are done at our Fairfax, Virginia premises / by our authorized gunsmith.]
3. For covered repairs, we pay shipping both ways. The firearm must be unloaded and shipped as we instruct.

Firearms returned for warranty service are returned to the owner as federal law allows. Some state or local laws may require the return to go through a licensed dealer.

Your rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Any implied warranty is limited to the duration of this written warranty, to the extent the law allows. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limit may not apply to you.

This warranty does not cover a firearm after it has been transferred to you, for the purpose of returning it for a refund; see our Returns & refunds policy.
