These terms apply to purchases from Capital Arms LLC (“we”, “us”), 2800 Juniper St, Suite 11, Fairfax, Virginia 22031, United States, through this website. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Shipping & FFL transfers and Returns & refunds policies and our Privacy policy.

1. Eligibility

By ordering a firearm you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States;
• you are the actual buyer of the firearm and are not buying it on behalf of another person;
• you are not prohibited by federal, state or local law from receiving or possessing firearms.

Firearms are released only after the receiving dealer completes ATF Form 4473 and a background check. Providing false information to acquire a firearm, or buying a firearm for someone else who will be its actual owner, is a federal crime. We may refuse any sale we believe to be unlawful and may report suspected unlawful purchases to law enforcement.

2. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. The order confirmation email confirms that we received your order; it is not our acceptance. We accept your order when we ship it or when it is ready for in-store pickup. We may cancel or refuse any order, including when we believe the sale would be unlawful, the receiving dealer cannot be verified, the product is out of stock, or a price or description was listed in error, even after you have received a confirmation. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. The price shown is the price you pay for the firearm; shipping and sales tax are shown as separate lines at checkout before you pay. Sales tax is charged where required, based on the receiving dealer’s address. The receiving dealer’s transfer fee is paid to the dealer and is not included. Your card is charged when you place your order.

4. Shipping and transfer

Firearms ship only to the licensed dealer you select, as described in our Shipping & FFL transfers policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the dealer completes the transfer to you.

5. State and local laws

You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, including permits, waiting periods and restrictions on certain firearms or features. We block orders we know we cannot lawfully fill, but our checks do not replace your own obligation to comply.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

7. Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Images include digitally prepared compositions; wood grain and finishes vary between individual firearms. Specifications may change without notice. Our firearms are imported; the country of manufacture is marked on each firearm.

8. Reviews

Only customers who bought a product from us can review it. We publish all reviews, positive or negative, except those that contain abusive, unlawful or unrelated content, personal information, or links. We do not pay for reviews or offer anything in return for a positive review.

9. Warranty disclaimer

Except for our limited warranty and any warranty that cannot be excluded by law, products are sold without other warranties, express or implied. [Counsel to confirm wording.]

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
